first day of school

I installed the photo-editing software that came with Jan's Nikon so hopefully the image quality will be a little better from now on (or until Jan takes the Nikon with him to England next month and I'll be stuck with my wee Sony Cybershot).

So this is what I wore to my first day of class yesterday. It was kind of sad because it was the first time that I went to school without Jan, who graduated in May. I still have one more semester to slog through while Jan goes off to University of Oxford at the end of September to start his MPhil program in Russian and East European Studies and to become BFF's with Robert Service.

Ahh, back home after a long-ass day.
